Carson joined Tumlin Levin Sumner Wealth Management of Raymond James in June 2012, eager to embark on a career that capitalized on her resourcefulness and allowed her to help others. She obtained her Series 7 and 66 licenses and her insurance license in 2013. Carson’s love of working with clients and her enthusiasm for personal and professional growth led her to express an interest in transitioning to the role of Financial Advisor. Prior to her role as Financial Advisor she served as a Registered Client Service Associate for 7 years.She previously served as executive assistant to the vice president for academic services at the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia, as well as the creative manager at Allison Ramsey Architects in Beaufort.The South Carolina native grew up in Camden and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the College of Charleston. In addition to earning her Series 7 and 66 licenses and her insurance license, Carson also holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist certification.Philanthropically minded, Carson was a founding member and an active part of the Junior Service League of Beaufort, an organization that promotes the well-being of Beaufort County’s women and children. In her spare time, she enjoys just about any water activity that gets her closer to Beaufort’s beautiful coastline and waterways, including stand-up paddle boarding and boating.
