Assistant Program Executive Officer, Business and Financial Management for Program Executive Office, Common Systems and Commercial Services. PEO(CS) achieves acquisition excellence by delivering the aviation common systems, services, and support to provide our warfighters and partners a decisive edge in defense of our nation. Leveraging common systems and services decreases investment and sustainment costs and reduces the numbers of configurations in the Fleet. PEO(CS) is comprised of a senior executive staff, five program offices and three offices providing support across all PEOs. I serve as Principal Advisor for business/financial management to the Program Executive Officer (PEO) and Program Offices assigned to PEO(CS). A United States Marine, I left active duty in January of 1995 and Joined Naval Air System Command's (NAVAIR) team as a Business Financial Management Intern. I have supported a diverse group of NAVAIR program offices as a Budget Analyst to include: PMA 275 (V-22), PMA 213 (Air Traffic Control), PMA 225 (Multi-mission Aircraft) and PMA 207 (Commercial Derivative Aircraft). I also held the position as Lead, Business Financial Manger in both PMA 225 and PMA 207. I have worked as a member of the Acquisition Reform Council and as principal assistant to the Naval Air Systems Command Acquisition Reform Officer in the support of joint service initiatives under sponsorship of the Joint Aeronautical Commanders Group (JACG), a three-star flag board comprised of aeronautical leadership from eight government services and agencies. Serving in my current role since December of 2004.
