Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans, both volume and profit. • Manage distribution initiatives including marketing programs, expense management, deduction resolution, category management, and reviews with customer and food distribution management• Develop and nurture professional relationships with key food service operator customers within specific markets• Maintain a business plan and sales development strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability• Other responsibilities include trade shows, distribution sales meetings, product training, in house presentations, and increase conversion rates

• Manage $3,200,000.00 annually in food sales and open an average of 18 new accounts per year• Build rapport with current customers by being a resource for problem solving including menu cost analysis and design, implementing new products, and helping customers stay on trend with the market• Train new sales representatives on proper cold call techniques, target call system, and time management

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth• Promote client products and service by working closely with distribution merchandising and sales teams• Present new items and seek conversion opportunities with clients to add incremental business• Prepare and conduct food shows, sales meetings, and product training.
