Taught my players the value of integrity, service, leadership, trust, and selflessness through repetitive communication beforehand and discipline in any instance that our core values were not upheld. Player’s grades were under my weekly surveillance, and players were required to attend study hall if their grades fell below the program’s academic threshold. To develop my offensive lineman as athletes my group of players were under rigorous instruction and coaching both on the practice field and in the weight room.

Responsible for coaching the Junior Varsity offensive lineman through practices and games.
