A continuation of my work as an IT Student Worker, doing many of the same tasks. Including: Troubleshooting AV equipment issues, faculty computer issues, classroom tech issues, imaging windows/mac computers at a large scale, maintaining network infrastructures, building out technical documentation, and much more. I also got the unique task to help train two new hires we got at this time! I trained them in the day to day of a Tech II at OSU-Cascades, and got to meet two very awesome people!

I did odd and miscellaneous IT tech II tasks such as: collect data and modify configurations on various servers, troubleshoot and fix user technology issues which ranged from computers and AV tech in a classroom to a professor's work laptop, image windows and mac computers on a large scale, update rooms full of computers, maintain IDF/MDF systems, and much much more!
