About Carson Lambert

Carson Lambert is a Environmental Scientist at Providence - An Engineering and Environmental Consulting Firm. Colleagues describe them as "Carson is a rare find. As a team member he was collaborative and open minded with a strong work ethic. He always brought a good attitude – rain or shine – and his prolific birding was an inspiration to everybody as well as an indicator of his passion for the environment. As Stream Watch Coordinator, I was Carson's supervisor, and it was a real privilege to work with him. The work we do with Stream Watch involves a wide variety of tasks such as holding events, providing education to the public, working side by side with volunteers, installing fence, building or maintaining trails, and taking water samples. Carson took everything in stride, and I was impressed by how genuine and motivated he was while trying new aspects of the job. In one instance, I had to be away for an event, and Carson along with another intern hosted it themselves. The event went well, and Carson was even quoted in the local paper. This was above and beyond the responsibilities of an intern, but Carson rose to the challenge. Any team will be lucky to have Carson onboard."
