Maintaining 75 wireless radios, and managing over 50 wireless access points (point to point & point to multi-point) using frequency of 2, 4, 5.3, 5.4, & 5.8 GHz via Radwin and Cisco radio equipment. I maintain Motorola Radios, both handheld and in trucks. I administer voice over IP and supervise wireless connection to 3 drilling rigs throughout various areas of Utah and North Dakota. I provide support for Cambium Microwaves for the Redwash Office Location. I manage 4 Windows 2010 Servers and a backup domain controller. I respond to various problem calls, resolving both software and hardware dilemmas. I create user accounts, group accounts in Active Directory, and secure file system rights as well as maintaining user volume disk space. I restore files from One Drive, Drop Box and Sharepoint. I provide complete installation of Category 5 and Category 6 type cabling for voice and data. I troubleshoot hardware, including CPU, disk drives, NIC’s, and hard drives. I upgrade hardware, including RAM, hard drives, CPU, printers and monitors. I problem solve network applications on Windows 10, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2010.

I was hired at Strata Networks in October of 2019 as the IT support Help Desk with Spectra. My main duties were setting up workstations, troubleshooting Strata’s and Other Companies Workstations, and Polycom VOIP Phone systems. in March of 2020 I took my current position in the Network Operations Center as a NOC technician, where we monitor large computer networks for problems from a central location. Overseeing complex network components, troubleshooting daily with residential customers as well as business customers for any networking issues relative to Strata.
