I have always had a driving passion for the outdoors and enhancing the quality of our ecosystems in the Pacific Northwest. Throughout grade school, I knew that pursuing a college degree in the environmental field was what I wanted to do.I have developed a strong work ethic centered around the importance of good communication in the workplace while maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment. Experiences like feeding Rocky Mountain Elk and engaging in waterfowl banding projects spurred my interest early in my academic career. My countless hours of dedicated environmental monitoring and remedial support at Government Cleanup Sites reinforced my passion by understanding the links to our ecosystems and local communities in the PNW.
