I shepherd people to become fully devoted followers of Christ through the power of community. This practically looks like recruiting, training, and empowering LifeGroup leaders and coaches as well as working with local missions partners to serve our local community.

I walk with people to their next spiritual step by leading Growth Track, leading Sunday volunteer teams, preparing and executing baptisms, leading small groups, coaching and training small group leaders, and onboarding and training leaders.
