Recently, I was given a great opportunity to intern at Mediate Financial. Throughout this experience, I learned more about the industry and every role that makes up the company. I was fortunate enough to be able to shadow each member of the company and learn about each role and their day-to-day experiences. My responsibilities included filing client documents, assisting with accounting tasks, helping out around the office, like stuffing and mailing envelopes, helping at client events, answering phone calls, and working on tasks using excel. I gained a much better understanding of the financial planning industry and what is required to be successful in it. I had an overall great experience at my internship and look forward to using my gained knowledge and skills for the future.
