-Preside over a team of Junior Case Managers, delegating cases and assignments for Junior Case Managers to communicate to Volunteer Caseworkers-Meet weekly with the rest of the Executive Board to plan outreach, general body meetings, and action items-Monitor mediums of communication and the onboarding of new cases-Hold outreach sessions across Morningside Heights and meetings with Junior Case Managers

-Undertook intensive training on the procedure and requirements of Small Claims Court in New York-Take on cases, providing legal information and walking clients through the process of Small Claims Court-Conduct community outreach in and around Morningside Heights, postering and answering questions for our services-One of few NYSCAS members from New York, continuing community outreach and onboarding of cases during the summer

-Take on cases, providing legal information and walking clients through the process of Small Claims Court-Direct clients to alternative resources and avenues for legal action such as the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, New York State Supreme Court-Communicate client information and updates with supervisors at NYPIRG, working collaboratively to find the best methodology of how to help

-Attend to administrative necessity in the Philosophy Department Office i.e printing syllabi, restocking print materials, filing mail, and ensuring pantry-area and carafes are filled-Answer departmental questions and discern communications over the phone and email-Help plan, organize, and set-up department events

-Conduct voter registration across Columbia campus-Assist students in looking up their representatives, polling sites, and state-specific voter regulations-Discern information to the student-body about upcoming elections and referendums

-File casework on behalf of constituents regarding USCIS, Social Security, and other federal programs -Send Congressional Inquiries and Expedition Requests about constituent cases, speeding up the process of normally long government back-logs-File constituent opinions, uploading them to a concise database which is then communicated to Congresswoman Grace Meng-Attend and table at community events on behalf of NY-06, discerning information and resources in over six languages to constituents-Compile lists of various legal aid and healthcare resources to distribute to constituents-Walk constituents through the voter registration and election process

-Tabled at various community outreach events, providing constituents with access to government resources and program information in over six languages-Assisted district interns in starting casework

-Instructed a cohort of ~15 High School Debaters over the course of two weeks (In 2023 & 2024)-Prepared presentations and lectures delivered camp-wide about analytics and research efficiency-Judged rounds and coached debaters through the camp tournament

-Petitioned several neighborhoods within NY-21, collecting signatures from across party lines-Assisted constituents with voter registration, primary election and campaign information-Called and canvassed with hundreds of voters from established lists of registered Democrats and beyond
