In this role, I interacted with customers through introducing them to the menu and getting them comfortable, suggested menu items based on preference and dietary restrictions, and facilitated a healthy and happy dining experience. Additionally, I would handle payment methods and utilize the POS system at the restaurant. Furthermore, I would deliver food and drinks from the kitchen and bar in a healthy and safe manner. I ultimately left this role to pursue a job assisting my aunt with her career before returning to college to finish my degree.
