My time as a full-time student while working in different industries has enhanced some of my best skills and qualities such as time management, communication, and leadership. As a current college student, doing well in school is my top priority, but that hasn't stopped me from excelling in different industries and improving some important skills. I've improved my customer service and communication skills greatly while working as a maintenance technician, and learned the value of hard work and dedication from my time working at UPS as a package handler. Some situations that I've been in to show my leadership would be being voted to serve as the captain of my high school cross country team where I organized off season runs, mediated conflicting members, and led us to a successful season. Other situations in school such as leading group projects and organizing study sessions also continue to refine my leadership skills.
