Participant of BASF’s Sales & Marketing Professional Development Program. This is a multi-rotational program including a marketing rotation and a sales rotation. My marketing rotation was conducted in Raleigh, North Carolina working with Business Operations. In this role, I worked with colleagues across business units to launch BASF’s 2024 Distributer, Grower, and Retail Programs. After 9 months in RTP, I began my sales rotation in South Texas. During this rotation, I covered an Agronomic Solutions Advisor’s territory while the current representative was on leave. This role allowed me to call on growers and retailers selling Fibermax and Stoneville cotton as BASF launches the first Quad-Stack herbicide trait in cotton, Axant Flex. After 6 months in South Texas, I relocated to Lubbock, Texas. During this time, I will be assisting the local sales team train cotton producers on stewardship of Axant Flex and work with Agronomic Service with cotton variety trials.
