• Conduct open enrollment meetings once a year, and distribute monthly packets to newly eligible employees for benefits and answer inquiries in regard to new benefits.
• Audit and process monthly insurance bills and present totals to president for A/P. Creating and maintaining required reports and troubleshooting errors for accurate data.
