Responsible for all EMS Operations including resource deployment, protocols and oversight of the Medical Director, field training program, in-service training, QI/QA committee chair. Created and implemented new programs for cost effective, efficient delivery of EMS. Additional revenue streams through cost reporting and new programs. Oversight of EMS billing. Data management for increased levels of service. Management of EMS supervisory staff. Section Operations Chief for EOC during storms, pandemic and other activations. Writing of all policies and directives regarding EMS services. Representative for Administration for all labor management committees. Liaison between Fire Department and 911 communications.
