Standardization of Processes in the Lakeland Deli Kitchen Manufacturing Plant specifically in the Deli Meat Operation to create inside and outside Product Reference for each Deli Meat Product. Sets standard across associates so the same jobs are done the same way every time for effective training and to help line operators. Communicated with associates ranging from leadership to on the floor to achieve process analysis with line layouts with staffing requirements, operational standards, product pictures, and positional duties. Was involved in Publix Internship program events including networking meetings with executives. VISTE Volunteering, Manufacturing/Publix Tours, and final project presentation day. I presented my Manufacturing Standardization project to Publix executives upon completion of this program.

Disney College Program Fall 2021 - Skyliner Gondola Operations Intern (Resumed/Completed from Spring 2020)Operated and monitored the newest form of transportation at Walt Disney World using computerized ride systems to get Guests between the parks and resorts safely and efficiently. Helped with crowd control, assisted guests with boarding and exiting the gondolas, and answered questions to help make vacations better. Followed and enforced transportation procedures and protocols to ensure safety and efficiency. Took Disney learning component courses revolving around Industrial Engineering/Imagineering, Networking, and Leadership.

Presented recommendations and improvement opportunities to plant and corporate leadership to achieve process improvement, cost savings, and increase capacity/efficiency.Completed various projects in the dry side of the plant. Projects included extrusion data tracking/analysis, reason codes with Pareto analysis, General Mills Capacity Analysis, sanitation time study, packaging data tracking/analysis, and project OPL’s/SOP’s.
