As the Executive Director of the Warhawk Air Museum, I lead a 501 c3 Military Museum that educates visitors about the cost of freedom and honors those who paid its price. With a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Business Administration, I bring a combination of legal and managerial skills to oversee the museum's operations, fundraising, and outreach. I am passionate about preserving and sharing the personal stories of Veterans and their service to our great country.Before joining the Warhawk Air Museum in June 2023, I had 18 years of progressive responsibility in retail and property management, working for Target as a Store Director and a Property Management Business Partner. In these roles, I managed teams of up to 400 people, led multiple construction and remodel projects, and implemented a company-wide waste minimization initiative. I was recognized as one of the top four Store Directors in the company in 2019 and received several awards for my leadership and performance. I also participated in the Mission 43 Leaders Fellowship, a program that helps Veterans transition to civilian careers. I am active in the Veterans space and volunteer at the Museum of the Forgotten Warriors and use my law degree to help Veterans with deployment-related issues.
