The Implementation Consultant will manage the implementation process for an assigned client list, working directly with clients to identify, prioritize and manage strategic needs for an efficient and effective implementation.Responsibilities:Oversee, Coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations.Serve as a single point of customer contact during the implementation.Assure client satisfaction.Train the client through key product learning milestone for effective application usage.Manage client escalations.Assist in the review of client processes and the development of new workflow plans.Manage client relationship during the implementation process.Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with client.Support sales teleconference in hand-off of new client.Ensure implementation milestones are met on time.Coordinate the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) agreement process.Schedule and assign a Certified Trainer to each client.Coordinate data conversion, interface, and other timelines and expectations.Hand off to Client Support when client has successfully completed process.Perform other duties as needed and directed by leadership

Process benefit enrollment into employee health and welfare plans while ensuring compliance with documented customer procedures related to new hires, employee status changes, employee terminations and enrollments. Serve as employee-client advocate to insurance provider / vendors and administrators; analyze and resolve vendor issues. Ensure compliance to all federal laws regarding HIPAA-compliant Electronic Data Interfaces (EDI). Actively participate in site visits in collaboration with cross-divisional staff, present product / services information and current issue status and make recommendations for more effective partnerships regarding benefits processing. Improve client retention by processing and preparing documentation to pass federally mandated SAS 70 and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audits.Premium Reconciliation Analyst Calculate, process and pay monthly client premium invoices. Work with clients and carriers to meet contractual monthly deadlines and legal obligations. Communicate with health and welfare carriers to ensure clients’ premium payments are accurately processed; resolve premium issues and discrepancies.
