As a Financial Analyst at Hutton I worked closely with a team of finance and development managers as well as lenders to ensure all operations related to the financing of projects ran smoothly. This includes monitoring the loan portfolio to ensure capacity with lenders and managing loan draws to help fund company operations. Using financial analysis/modeling I was able to ensure liquidity and track cash flows appropriately which allowed Hutton to finance our projects as efficiently as possible. This enabled us to make better strategic decisions to ensure Hutton was as successful/profitable as possible moving forward.

Our clients consisted of managers from traditional long-only, mutual funds, hedge funds, structured credit, and private equity firms.
