·Researched adult probation fees practices in the service of developing a comprehensive state report on the harm of fees and fines in California. ·Conducted a quantitative analysis exploring whether the charging of electronic monitoring fees increased usage of electronic monitoring for juveniles in California and wrote a fact sheet in review for clinic publication. ·Reviewed and analyzed records received from counties in California regarding implementation of a new state law, SB 190. Subsequently drafted and sent a letter to all 58 counties in California alerting them to new requirements under said law. ·Testified to the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors and the Alameda County Board of Supervisors on the issue of administrative fees.

· Working for Professor Sarah Anzia, I collected eleven years of annual financial documents for roughly 800 city, county, and school district governments through a mixture of public records acts requests and other sources. · Analyzed financial data to evaluate how governments’ pension expenditures have changed over time.

·Managed the submission of 50+ timely and persuasive funding proposals, reports, and pitch letters annually, which accounted for over $7 million of foundation funding in FY 18, a $1+ million dollar increase from FY17. ·Maintained an in-depth understanding of all grant-supported projects and programs across an 80 person organization with three project areas; regularly tracked organizational activities to inform proposals and reports.
