- Performed detailed analysis of potential and existing customer's supply chains to identify and optimize their performance, developed proposals to address their challenges and pain points.- Led projects for UPS customer solutions, including system integration (API & EDI), and supply chain process re-engineering.- Delivered training to customers to ensure effective use of the deployed customer solutions.- Provided solution support to the country sales resources and served as an internal trainer of UPS shipping systems and complex solutions.- Contributed towards generating revenue of USD 30 million, with USD 10 million in revenue growth.- Generated USD 37,000 in solution revenue from consultancy services provided to customers.

Overview:Solutions Engagement Specialist is a customer facing role that develops a thorough understanding of customers' processes and business objectives and capitalizes on the value that UPS can offertheir business. We creates value for customers by leveraging UPS's expertise in the areas of engineering, technology, finance, and supply chain design.
