Worked every job in the Mobile location which includes payroll, front office coordinator, recruiter, sales, and financial assistant. I also assisted at the other locations as recruiter when they needed help. Daily tasks consisted of setting up and conducting interviews, placing associates on jobs, staying in contact with clients, and visiting clients.

I assisted in the payroll department of Express Employment Professionals. I helped enter in timecards from associates each week, chased down missing time, as well as sent invoices to clients.

I worked on designing and installing a new inventory system for the companies warehouses. I worked with multiple departments including the head of IT and the head of the warehouse to complete this project. I came back during my Christmas break to help physically go in the warehouse and make sure the new inventory system was installed like the online system was setup.

I worked in their accounting system on adjustments and financial statements throughout the summer. I lead a project on finding issues with repairs and maintenance invoices of their tractors and trailers. In this project, I made a spreadsheet mapping all invoices to the tractor or trailer and detailing what was done and when. I then presented my findings to the CFO and the head of the shipping department at the end of the summer.
