In my current role, I serve as the main point of contact for all of Advancement Resources' clients. I am proud to serve some of the top colleges, universities, and medical centers in the world. In my time with the University of Iowa baseball program, I was fortunate enough to observe daily what goes into a division one athletic program. I enjoyed forming relationships with players, coaches, and my fellow managers over three years. This experience was the most rewarding I have had in my life and it was a pleasure to be a part in the success of such a respected program. • Assisted coaches and players with drills during practice and games • Operated Trackman, HiTrax, Rapsodo, and video cameras • Hit fungos, fed hitting machines, and occasionally caught bullpens • Responsible for setting up/tearing down equipment each game or practice • Assisted in creation of scouting reports for Big Ten opponents • Gained excellent time management skills as full-time student and student-manager contributing 25-30 hours per week • Contributed to the success of one of the most advanced manager programs in the country

During my summer internship, I provided day to day operational support to players and staff of the Bluefield Ridge Runners. The most rewarding experience was creating lasting relationships with players and coaches throughout the summer. I enjoyed being active and assisting wherever was needed. I remained in constant contact with the administrative personnel through USA Baseball and contributed to the success of the inaugural Appalachian League season. • Responsible for travel, housing, and food arrangements for team and staff • Assisted in on-field setup and tear down of playing field for practice and games • Organized and distributed all inventories by preparing housing, practice facilities, and club house to ensure efficient operations • Participated in weekly meetings with USA Baseball staff to provide feedback on possible improvements for the Appalachian League to enhance team and staff future experience
