I am an undergraduate student at Aurora University where I am a double major in sports management in marketing. As a current collegiate student-athlete, I have been around sports since an early age. With over five years of youth coaching, both paid and volunteer, I have developed skills in communication and leadership. In addition to being comfortable in social settings, I am also experienced with Microsoft Office and currently use Word and Excel daily. As the marketing and business industry is transitioning to a digital front, being fluent in online services is beneficial to your company. Experience in collegiate recruiting has helped me understand the marketing and financials behind getting athletes on campus. Giving both academic and athletic tours has made me comfortable with communicating with people of all ages. Working for an educational institution has allowed me to interact with faculty with backgrounds in business, marketing, accounting, and sports management. Over the summer I am a lacrosse coach and am comfortable with travel for business and pleasure. Looking to enter the sports, management, or marketing industry I cannot promise financial success immediately, but I will bring a positive attitude and give 110% every single day toward your company. I am a firm believer that if you work hard the rest will take care of itself. Working towards earning degrees in management and marketing has given me a wide variety of skills that may be used one day when making a crucial decision to help the company prosper.
