Entered into this role with little to no experience in the distribution side of the Cannabis industry, but quickly learned and ascended pay structures.I was responsible for the entire retail-ready and quarantine inventory of Cannabis goods from testing to packed and ready to ship. I facilitated building routes and schedules for delivery drivers as well as helping to maintain the vehicles.Communicated with regulator as main point of contact for certain tasks and responsibilities.Completely redesigned and organized distribution facility to maximum operating efficiency as well as to be compliant with OSHA standards.

Worked various roles in the Cannabis industry from seed to sale.

Started on TTF's 40,000 sqft outdoor farm in Willow Creek, CA in July of 2019, moved onto various roles at the processing/packaging center in Arcata, CA for the winter off-season, then migrated to the new cannabis nursery being renovated in McKinleyville, CA until the next farm season in Willow Creek for the 2020 year.At the end of the 2020 outdoor season, I migrated to TTF's high-tech automated greenhouse site in Blue Lake, CA until February of 2021.I also attended the 2019 Emerald Cup with Talking Trees and accepted the Best Sungrown Preroll award onstage with the founder Craig and management team!
