I thrive on turning research into actionable data by carefully choosing the correct methodologies, working with stakeholders to identify and evaluate strategic priorities, and creating a data-driven mindset across organizational silos. I have specialized experience in customer journey work and Voice of Customer programs, including championing the set-up and maintenance of long-term quantitative experience metrics.
