About Carson Mcdonald

My initial work experience for IBM taught me a lot about how large companies work and working at Perot brought a lot of discipline to the way I write software that I didn't learn in school. Working for SNE taught me that traveling 90% of the time isn't what I want to do and at the same time was some of the funest work I have ever done. Working at SNE I got my hands durty almost every day and enjoyed expanding my knowledge past just software engineer into mechanical and electrical engineering as well. Working and being a partner at Missiondata has been great. I have come to love consulting and have been able to work on a very large number of projects that I would never have had the chance to work on as a regular employee.My main goal is to continue to do consulting work and expand my knowledge in the field as much as I can while searching for new experiences.Specialties: Java, C++, PHP, Objective-C, Ruby/Rails, iOS development, Javascript
