Highlights:-Launched a new product, SalesDXP, sharing parts of the Mura platform.-Designed and oversaw the implementation of CI/CD as a Service, leveraging best of breed technologies, allowing development teams to effortlessly provision pipelines for their application with minimal to no support from the Cloud Operations team, saving approximately 20 hours per pipeline compared to the inherited processes.-Implemented development best practices in the Cloud Operations organization, including Sprint Cadence, Gitflow and Pull Requests, achieving a more efficient process within Cloud Operations and a reduction in code related mistakes that impact production and non-production environments.
