    I was engaged to lead a technology initiative across products and processes for the repackaging of the Mura software product, including developing and mentoring a green team. I managed the processes and procedures required to deploy, run and support two new products. I focus on developing people and internal culture. I re-established relationships with services clients, redefined the DevOps capability, and introduced architecture and design for the repackaging of the Mura SaaS product. Highlights:-Launched a new product, SalesDXP, sharing parts of the Mura platform.-Designed and oversaw the implementation of CI/CD as a Service, leveraging best of breed technologies, allowing development teams to effortlessly provision pipelines for their application with minimal to no support from the Cloud Operations team, saving approximately 20 hours per pipeline compared to the inherited processes.-Implemented development best practices in the Cloud Operations organization, including Sprint Cadence, Gitflow and Pull Requests, achieving a more efficient process within Cloud Operations and a reduction in code related mistakes that impact production and non-production environments.
