About Carson Stones

I am a proven Customer Success Leader with experience building resilient teams, creating scalable playbooks, and partnering with strategic enterprise customers on their mission-critical data initiatives. In my current role as a Senior Customer Success Director at data.world, I work with our largest, most strategic relationships to deploy the data.world platform enterprise-wide. For the last two years, my customers have consistently renewed and expanded their relationships with data.world (on average ~107%) and are responsible for 80% of our net new platform users since 2021. In my prior role as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Informatica, I served as a trusted partner to enterprise customers ($15M ARR) on their mission-critical data management projects with the goal of achieving key business outcomes through successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of our software throughout the project life-cycle. Prior to that, I launched, developed, and marketed a new business initiative at GLG focused on sourcing energy and industrial expertise for institutional investors. While at GLG I also managed a team of Client Servicing Professionals on a $3M book of Energy and Tech-focused Private Equity and Venture Capital clients who used the GLG Platform to conduct investment research with GLG Council Members.
