I have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects in the IT Programme for Dawn Meats Group. I manage and control budgets and resourcing across multiple projects. I also lead our IT PMO and work closely with our project managers to ensure all of our projects follow our project management standards, which I have contributed to. I recently implemented a PMO tool (SmartSheets) which has enabled our department to manage our projects more effectively by gaining greater insights into our projects.I manage a team of project managers and business analysts who work within our ERP and Admin systems team, this includes undertaking regular performance reviews for the team and directing the recruitment process. I also manage our relationships with several third-party suppliers for our ERP and EDI products, this includes past tendering processes, day-to-day management of work and all commercial aspects from contracts, rates through to invoicing.I work closely with our senior management team during project delivery to understand the business requirement for each project while developing working relationships and driving operational improvement.

My main responsibilities are the day-to-day running and support of Operational System projects, through the entire project life cycle, within budget and set timescales in line with defined project management standards. I manage a team of business analysts who work within our ERP team. I also manage our relationships with several third party suppliers for our ERP product.Project: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ImplementationProject manager for the implementation of MS Dynamics AX across the Dunbia group. I manage a team of business analysts, and work closely with our internal developers as well as external consultants to ensure the smooth delivery of business objectives.I regularly engage senior management to align on the programme objectives and priorities. I manage all budget aspects of the project and forecast spend, I also produce weekly reports for review. I have technical experience in the configuration of AX2012 in terms of setting up companies, querying the AX2012 SQL database. I have used various add-ons for AX2012 such as Atlas and To Increase business integration services.Project: Release Management for AX 2012I have project managed several releases of modifications to our AX 2012 environment. I worked with external consultants and developers to ensure the specifications were accurate and delivered against. I coordinated our internal team to ensure all elements were tested thoroughly prior to releasing into our production environment. I also managed the release communication to our end users and support team.Project: Business Intelligence – MS PowerBIWe have pulled data in from various systems (ERP, Payroll, Factory Floor) to analyse trends across multiple functions from Finance, Operations to HR. For this project we are utilizing our in-house development team and I am managing their work items through to delivery to our business analysts for validation.

My role was within the Asset Servicing Team. My role was Market to Cash Business Systems Leader. My primary focus was to provide business system exploitation and consulting to the commercial business function and project manage commercial IT projects. Part of my role was to act as the conduit between the local business team and our shared services technical team. I dealt with remote teams located across Europe.Project: Release Management for SAPI led the coordination of our new release of SAP functionalities which are undertook on a yearly basis. I developed strong working relationships with our development, support and infrastructure groups to ensure we have a close network of specialists that enabled us to optimise the usage of our systems. I coordinated our country team to ensure the system was fully tested this involved managing tests cross-functionally. We used HP Quality Centre to manage our new releases from requirements, test plans, execution and defects.Project: Implementation of SAP “Wave2” IOI (Island of Ireland)I played a key role in the successful implementation of SAP Market to Cash processes for Coca-Cola IOI. I was the Business Systems Leader for the Market to Cash and Customer Asset Management streams and was part of the leadership team for the SAP implementation in IOI for two years and we went live Jan 2012. This was the largest IT and change management project Coca-Cola has undertaken in its history. I have extensive knowledge of business process flows in ERP and CRM. I also provided technical expertise on SAP to the rest of the Market to Cash team and led our gap analysis which drove our change management projects across all streams within Market to Cash.I have significant experience in mobile technologies and infrastructure behind. I coordinated the remote installation of our mobile sales application to over 250 business developers. I also managed the rollout for Mobile Asset Management and Direct Store Delivery Handhelds - this equated to another 70 users.

A large portion of my day to day activities was the management of IT projects. I followed the Coca-Cola HBC project management methodology to ensure the delivery of system and process improvements.My focus was on commercial systems where we had a large mobile workforce (Sales Developers, Technicians, Distribution).

My duties included the development of applications in VB6 and .Net technologies (VB and ASP) accessing our ERP (Protean4.1) System. I also developed Seagate Crystal Reports and used SQL Server 2000/SQL Server 2005 to develop SQL queries and DTS/SSIS packages.

My Daily Duties included support of Order Management function within Oracle 9 database. I worked on several web based projects such as the upgrade of the Order Management website. This site was widely used by members of IT and Customer Service, as their first source for support on the system.
