I conceptualized, strategically developed, and led new, strategic, and innovative initiatives for the Zacharias Institute and RZIM more generally. I founded and led RZIM Connect, the RZIM Store, and the RZIM Account initiatives. I provided strategic analysis to advance RZIM's digital transformation initiatives. I also represented RZIM in the Apologetics Leadership Group and Every Campus movements.In 2020, Connect engaged 375,000 people who read 1.8M pages, thanks to the work of a globally diverse team of four moderators and nearly fifty volunteers.

I founded and led the growth of RZIM Connect, "the global home for the RZIM family."

I provided oversight and strategic direction for the Ravi Zacharias International Ministries speaking team in the U.S.

• Founded and established Telos Ministries as an official campus ministry at Boston College Law School and Harvard University with an innovative vision that integrated apologetics and discipleship in a manner relevant to elite, secular universities, as part of a church-based ministry with Church of the Cross.• Developed discipleship or evangelistic relationships with dozens of students from a wide variety of spiritual backgrounds.• Recruited, trained and mentored four campus staff, including as an official mentor for Gordon Conwell’s Mentored Ministry program.• Led formerly atheist and agnostic students to a committed relationship with Christ.• Developed an original, Biblically-based curriculum with over sixty studies for the entire spectrum of spiritual growth, from non-Christian to Christian, Christian to active disciple, disciple to disciple-maker, and the life-long journey to Christlikeness.• Taught classes in apologetics, spiritual formation and evangelism to equip Christians to become confident disciples of Jesus and challenge non-believers to follow Christ.• Raised $200,000 in a three year period from a donor network of more than 100 individuals, churches and foundations.

• Developed vision and strategy for campus fellowships of up to 80 students.• Developed and equipped student leaders, including executive boards, small group leadership teams, and large group leadership teams.• Initiated, created and led a justice-oriented spring break trip to the inner city neighborhood of Bronx, NYC, and led a six-week global missions trip to Tajikistan.• Spoke at large group meetings and regional gatherings.• Raised more than $300,000 over seven years from a donor network of more than 100 individuals, families and churches.
