In this position, Carson demonstrated leadership in driving sales growth through an effective sales funnel in HubSpot, optimizing lead generation, nurturing, demoing, and closing opportunities to drive increased revenue and achieve business objectives. He worked with clients daily to effectively lead them through the testing and purchasing of Link Labs solution. As the project manager, Carson spearheaded the development of comprehensive project plans for technology initiatives, ensuring execution and timely delivery of milestones. He was tasked with managing entire project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. Carson led projects that helped Link Labs effectively partner with different organizations, as well as, led projects for the development of custom tags for our clients.Carson also drove innovation through programming and configuring Link Labs technology. He took on a fulfillment role that tasked him with the physical preparation and shipment of the company's equipment. Through this, Carson learned how to use Python scripts to update firmware, modem patches, and configurations physically and through the air.In this role, Carson worked directly with sales, marketing, engineering, projects, operations, and fulfillment teams to effectively help complete daily tasks.

In this role, Carson bridged the gap between the marketing and sales departments. He worked directly with both the marketing and sales teams to provide the best customer experience possible. In marketing, Carson is a leader specifically in collateral and media development, webinar development, paid media, social media, data and analytics, conference and event planning, and he is the host of Link Labs podcast, Get Linked. In sales, Carson worked with the logistics sales team to develop Link Labs' technology into market-leading products for the trucking and transportation industry. Through this position, Carson developed pristine marketing and business development skills, as well as, extensive knowledge in the world of IoT and commercial asset tracking.

In this position, Carson developed marketing content for the global leader in IoT location services technology, providing real-time enterprise asset visibility for manufacturing and logistics operations. Carson was a leader specifically in collateral and media development, webinar development, paid media, social media, data and analytics, conference and event planning, and he is the host of Link Labs podcast, Get Linked. Through this position, Carson developed pristine marketing skills, as well as, extensive knowledge in the world of IoT and commercial asset tracking.

Through this position as an intern, Carson was able to expand his passion for marketing. Carson was a leader in developing marketing promos and video commercials for the companies social media accounts and the companies website. Carson learned how to properly construct blogs, and acquired knowledge in website development and social media marketing. He was also tasked with helping plan conferences and webinars for the company. Another area that Carson helped with was creating infographics, briefs, and ebooks for the company website. Carson was trained for the internship through HubSpot, and he learned how to work through the use of Adobe, Vimeo, and Google AdWords.

Carson was tasked with training new employees on daily job duties, company workflow, and communication. He also had the responsibility of supervising the delivery drivers and the inside employees to create a steady work environment.
