As the New Member Experience Director, my role revolves around facilitating a smooth transition for new members from high school to college. This entails coordinating activities such as bid day, new member events, big/little pairings, and Minerva educational courses, all while providing mentorship and support.

In my role as the Pledge Class President for Kappa Kappa Gamma, I serve as a leader, encourager, and friend to every member of the pledge class. I organized and hosted a private event for the entire pledge class and their families. Additionally, I handled logistics such as arranging equipment rentals, hiring contracted staff, and managing finances to ensure smooth operations.

I applied my communication and nurturing skills to help the new members of my sorority in transitioning from high school to college, serving as their mentor throughout their years at UA.
