I have successfully managed to create top and bottom line results - both in Denmark and internationally. I have built up detailed knowledge of all aspects of FMCG's retail segment, ranging from location / establishment of store, logistics, HR, finance, purchasing, marketing and to management and development of the company against growth. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for every aspect of the value chain that makes a retail business successful and I know how important it is to quality assure all the details throughout.My management style is recognized to be both open and welcoming and at the same time responsible and driven by the desire to create growth through close cooperation and dialogue with management team and employees. I am committed to having close contact with owner groups, boards, partners at all levels and not least the media.
