Carsten has been SAP CRM Consultant for around ten years. After the release of the new SAP WebClient for SAP CRM back in 2006 he has specialized in this field. Since then SAP WebClient, BOL and GenIL have been the technical tools to realize customer requirements in new and existing SAP CRM systems. Knowing the integration of this new technology into SAP CRM from its first release in SAP CRM 5.1, Carsten has a deep understanding of the design and inner workings.With this background he has often been called to look into performance issues or other hard to track problems at different customers. Carsten has been working on different CRM projects during the last years taking on various roles including: - Development Coach- Trainer for SAP WebClient and Performance in CRM- Preparation and conduction of workshops directly with the departments of the customer in german and english- Creation of functional and technical concepts
