During my time as a working student at Siemens AG, I was able to delve deep into topics such as agile project management (scrum), large language models (LLM), AI-based forecasts (KPI-Forecasting), MS Azure and cloud storage as well as applications such as Power BI. My work involved moderation and coordination of weekly jourfixes as well as of ideation workshops. The creation of communication websites, contributions to SharePoints as well as the iterative development of management presentations were reoccurring tasks as well.

As an intern in the Logistics and Testing Services department, I supported my colleagues in the operational business and helped to implement changes within the department. For example, I worked independently with external service providers to set up a time slot management system for the scheduling of suppliers. I optimized various work areas with 5S, designed training materials and prepared the department for an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) audit. I was able to familiarize myself with SAP, as well as an independent way of working and team understanding.

As a tour guide you interact directly with customers and are therefore an important figurehead of the company. I am pleased that I was given the opportunity to do this job for a few years alongside my school education. Guiding groups of up to 30 people bilingually (german/english) around the circuit was a lot of fun to me.

While my work and travel experience in New Zealand and Australia I worked amongst other smaller jobs at Recreational Services in Christchurch. I spent around 10 months in New Zealand where I improved my english skills.
