Main global responsibilities: • Owning The LEGO Groups Operating model design, improvements and performance. A very strategic important area that ensure we have a coherent match and link between our Product innovation value proposition, our Customer value proposition and our Supply Chain value proposition. . • Owning a new “MRP” design and implementation across the whole value chain from Suppliers to the customers/consumers home. Duration at least the coming 3 years. The overall scope is to secure we have an Operating model/systems/processes/capabilities, which will support the globalisation of LEGO (more complex supply networks), and secure our Operating model is supporting future trends within Shoppers, Consumers and retailers.• Owning LEGO continues improvement across all business areas in LEGO (Ex: Product innovation, Finance, HR, Operations, Engineering, Markets etc.). Ensure coherent plans to drive continues improvement across the whole company. As a result, remove waste from processes with annual savings of approx. 3%.• Co-Drive and own The LEGO Groups business planning process and content, including cross company priority setting, outsight-in perspectives, knowledge sharing, Secure all activities are supporting our company strategy towards 2032 in a coherent way (short, medium and long term). • Own Program excellence/management for top 30-40 company prioritise, including Project management, resolution solving, benefit realization and tracking, reporting etc.• Accountable for capability building and change management across the whole company. Including driving the process and knowledge around future needs, including how to build, prioritise, manage and measure progress. Member of LEGO Company Corporate Management.Member of Exec S&OP, Reporting to Group CMO (working equal close with The LEGO Groups CEO, CFO, CMO, CCO)
