I work with development; whether this means building something up from scratch or starting with a hundred and moving up to a thousand, just as long we are moving forward; as people and as a company.Thinking big is the benchmark for the projects into which I throw myself. Making something 10% better is not my goal. I aim further and higher.As a company we must make a really great product and/or provide a completely exceptional service. And that we as management, employees and everyone behind are very highly motivated to deliver their very best; In short, make a positive difference for customers and at the same time creating a healthy business. Fortunately, I have worked with some very different kinds of challenges. The ones I enjoyed most were always alongside irresistibly dedicated employees, who are more skilled than I am in their respective areas of expertise. And we have created some great results together.I am open for new projects. Whether they may be in agriculture/horticulture, mechanical engineering, non-woven or some other industry is not decisive. The most important factor is that I can contribute with raw insight and a well-equipped toolbox of strategic development, process optimisation and market strategy. I am also interested in board work.
