My passion is to help people to identify and develop their competences, enabling them to act in accordance with their beliefs and values. I am a person, who enjoys life in general – both at work and in my private life.I strive to obtain the possibility of choosing between several solutions – in situations characterized by change. I’m curious about how things can be made simpler – without making them too simple. I feel safe in the knowledge that some people are able to explain things in a more complex way than me!Throughout my career I have worked with people, and their personal development. It is my profound belief that a person can’t concentrate on other people, before having reached a personal clarification.The human side of change is my real passion and my job. I strive to provide managers with an image of themselves as gardeners rather than mechanics. I have developed and delivered management – and leadership concepts in the financial sector, including Copenhagen Handelsbank, Danske Bank, GiroBank and RealDanmark. Since 2001 I have been a part of AS3, where I have developed and delivered solutions to manage job-related transitions. I have also trained and certified AS3’s consultants. In my career I have been Head of training of training and development in RealDanmark and been CEO for AS3 Development.
