Service Owner – responsible for several different application/services with a service/project team between 5 to 15 resources with different skill sets, experiences & location. As per strategy mainly maintenance & development is carried out by offshore consultants via outsourcing. Responsibilities covers everything from planning Road map with (Internal) customers, requirement engineering, issue & problem handling, maintenance's and upgrades according to release management standards, software development and interfaces to other systems. Portfolio management of all activities, (scoping, budget, progress tracking and management reporting). In average we have 6-8 initiatives ongoing in parallel which is executed mainly by ramping up with external resources. Responsibility for resource planning for all above initiatives but also to supply resources to project organizations. In parallel also leading multiple software development change requests. Budget responsibility; planning of and tracking Service operation cost: and also Project execution cost approx. In addition, vendor selections, tool evaluations, contract negotiations of course with support from legal and our purchasers. Architecture for new infrastructure designs to increase performance and stability and ensuring that systems meets customer expectations.

Final implementation of a project & resource planning system (Primavera) and establishment of a PMO office ensuring that projects are executed according to standards and at the right time.

Responsible for changing/implementation of an IP telephony platform with integration to MS Communicator, Servicdesk, reception e.g. on more than 15 different locations worldwide. Responsible for the implementation of a ticket control system and ITIL procedures in the IT Organisation. This included requirement specification, choice of system and the subsequent modelling, education and implementation at 200 users, among them 40 offshore consultants.
