I bring deep and broad experience in global commercialization of HW and SW services, from international companies delivering technical products. This includes deep knowledge of how to make services an important lever to maintain excellent customer satisfaction and fulfill bold sales targets for the company. I leverage from my combined technical and commercial degrees, when I take part in the work to fulfill commercial service objectives for a portfolio of technical products. I also do my part in paying it back: Via the startup eco system I have found a way to put my experience into play in a different setting and context. I find it very rewarding and energizing to support gifted tech entrepreneurs via investments and business development related advisory in my spare time.I say what I do and do what I say. This is the way I believe I get the most out of life, and I bring it into the way I work. I strongly believe that it helps building a culture of accountability which customers feel and appreciate.
