My task is to build up and lead the customer service department at GridManager. This includes developing business- and work processes that suits GridManager and creating a team to ensure high level of service and support. GridManager Customer Service department also provide service and support to DONG Energy Smart Flex customers. The infrastructure of the GridPortal support is build up as ITIL v3 best practice processes to ensure efficient support to our customers. By doing this it is also easier to scale when starting up new departments in other countries.GridManager Customer Service is responsible for implementing GridPortal and Smart Flex solutions at the customers and to make sure the users get the most out of the values the system provides to their business.

As technical project manager I was responsible for implementing the GridManager system at the customers. These multidisciplinary projects included coordination between installation companies, utility companies, other partners and internal actors in GridManager.In my job I was also responsible for pilot projects testing GridManager’s products and concept at customers. These projects were implemented together with Danish Technological Institute to test Smart Grid concept by letting the industry exploit the flexible energy prices. The projects were performed with an agile approach as a part of the product development process.

Prototyping for early stage product development and making specifications for the hardware developed in Romania. The prototypes was a part of the online GridPortal system making it possible to analyze the company's power and energy consumption real time (W and Wh in 1 minute interval), and control it from the web as at part of a smart grid system. My job included hardware, embedded software and mechanical design (housing and foil).A part of my job was to ensure that the web development team in Ukraine was developing the right product for the concept including making mockups and specifications. The prototypes consisted of a wireless Zigbee power meter with internal relay and a controller/concentrator to collect all measurements and send them to the cloud system.
