Arbela Technologies is a Microsoft Dynamics solutions partner providing services and selling DynamicsAX to clients, my position is Partner with overall responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics technology, which include architecture, integration, development etc.

Overall responsible for the technical piece of the Microsoft Dynamics Team that Unisys was building up in that period.

Was the main driver in building the Microsoft Dynamics Division for BMI, this included recruiting expirienced resources as well as training less expirienced resources in Microsoft DynamicsAX. Also successfully build an outsourcing unit in eastern Europe that was utilized for development work in DynamicsAX projects as well as creation of vertical solutions for DynamicsAX. Was also overall responsible for the implementation of all Microsoft projects, either as direct project manager or with project managers reporting directly to me.

Was part of the AX implementation team, was recruited to be a main driver in at that time the largest AX implementation in the US (Oldcastle Precast). Trained and supported the existing Entegrate team as well as taking active part in the implementation.

Was part of Damgaard development, held several positions, Concorde C5 project manager (now DynamicsC5), with over all responsibility for delivering the C5 standard product for release. Joined the AX development team when Damgaard started creating AX, where i took the role of managing the financials, AR and AP team and was part of successfully delivering version 1.0 of AX

Was part of starting Damgaard US. Took active part in most aspects of establishing Damgaard/AX in the US market place. Was a main driver in educating newly recruited AX partners all over US and was the main driver in creating training materials on the technical side. Supported partners directly in their first couple of AX implementations.
