In this role I am responsible for the technology and user experience of the complete omnichannel customer journey. I've implemented an Agile and DevOps development strategy to improve time to market and overall quality. In parallel I'm shaping the future of the digital platform and organisation towards the implementation of an omni-channel strategy. As head of the mobile business unit at Relephant I am defining the mobile development strategy and handling new business for mobile applications and websites.As project manager I've managed the full program for the global Greenpeace web presence. The program consists of 30 sites in 45 languages, a mobile version tailored to country specific needs, an iPad application and more. Additionally I acted as Product Owner for a new online platform for Reed Business and am running a project for a mobile and tablet website for 'de Bijenkorf'.Specialized in managing complex search and browse sites, large CMS implementations, data migrations, responsive web applications, e-commerce and multi-platform app development. I’ve given many workshops to groups of 5-15 persons all over the world. As a certified Scrum master and Product owner I've successfully implemented Scrum for my projects.

Started my own web development company where I developed a large number of sites in PHP and ASP. Projects included webshops (Mobile phone shop, lingerie shop, online travel agent) and an affiliate ringtone platform. The platform managed and generated wallpapers, ringtones and java apps for mobile phones. It included a payment gateway by SMS and paid phonenumber as well as a WAP and mobile site to distribute the purchased content.

In this position I was trainer for the beginners basketball trainees in the University Sport Center. My role was to create exercises and teach basketball basics to a group that varied from 15-30 people per training. I gave two training sessions a week of 1 hour and 15 minutes each.
