My new role as Product Specialist within our offering of wardrobe furniture, further emphasis my focus on this product segment and lets me be part of both sales, delivery and development of these products.

LEGO has gone from producing physical bricks and models to also include many digital play experiences, games and movies. Over the course of time, digital LEGO bricks were needed and created for various very specific uses. As a result, digital bricks have been made differently and with little governance - my project worked at streamlining this, removing redundant work, making better quality digital bricks and introducing many new ways of working. The project was very large and impacted all departments doing games, movies, box covers, posters etc., by replacing old style digital bricks with new ones that offered simplicity, but also new features and functions. From the project I have learnt a lot about working with a digital production pipeline, all the way from creating digital assets, to putting these into commercials and movies. I have been in touch with numerous departments in LEGO and have had to interview colleagues and align business needs for the new pipeline.

Titan Wind bought the tower factory from Vestas in Varde. I'm responsible for building and maintaining a new IT department including infrastructure, network and applications.

Continuing my previous position but with expanded responsibility and stronger project ownership. Around half of my projects are in the US, many in Denmark and a few in China.

Coordinating and managing internal business critical projects from an IT standpoint.

I'm selling complete hosting, serverdesign and IT-infrastructure. Furthermore I'm selling our CRM and documenthandlingsystem WorkPoint.

Main responsibilities included:- Hiring new staff- Educating staff on sales techniques and internal systems- B2B sales in my district- Ensuring sales targets were met- General responsibility of the shops and its maintenance
