I have a broad background from the financial sector, with experience in business development, analysis, and management, with a special focus on the tension field between IT and business.In recent years, my work has in several ways been centered around business and IT processes, and I have extensive experience with many aspects in relation to this work. I have been responsible for creating process overviews, establishing end-to-end process documentation, contributed to standardization and optimization, and have implemented several Lean initiatives. In this connection, I have gained a lot of practical experience in how to run and anchor the work with development and processes in an organization, and through this I also have experience with facilitation of workshops as well as other methods for uncovering requirements and processes, documentation, standardization, and optimization. I have extensive experience in the Office-365 platform, including Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft specific products. I can design, develop, and implement coherent solutions to support and streamline various business purposes. In connection with my business and process understanding, it is a good starting point for creating stable and durable solutions, among other things using Microsoft's Power Platform.I have, in collaboration with colleague from Edlund, developed the video-based educational concept LEARNING LAB by EDLUND. The concept won Edlund's first innovation award in 2021.I have worked as a project manager and business architect / analyst in several projects and tasks on both IT and business/product page, and have experience with preparation of Business Cases, business analysis, requirements position, business implementation and documentation. In addition, I have worked with organizational and change management in relation to customer-serving functions. In previous positions, I have worked in management functions in an IT organization, just as I have been responsible for the transition period in connection with outsourcing of IT operations. As a person, I am open, unpretentious, and easy to get along with. I have excellent communication skills at all levels. I am analytical and good at creating structure and overview - also within complex work areas. I have good abilities to see opportunities and find practical solutions to difficult problems. I am a team player, helpful and emphasize on being able to share knowledge in open environments characterized by cooperation.
