Perspectives can change fundamentally!At the beginning of my career I thought life was all about chasing money & success. Today I'm convinced that Consciousness is the most fundamental aspect, with success being a natural by-product of holistic leadership.Retrospectively, my entire life seems to be a huge transformation – every single step a preparation to master the following challenges in my personal and professional life.My journey is international, interdisciplinary and probably slightly weird, as I'm a Mechanical Engineer | Natural Scientist | Sales Professional | Management Consultant | Global Senior Executive | Healing Practitioner (Psychotherapy) | Information-Field Expert and a Contemporary Shaman. It's all about integration, building bridges and breaking down the silos.For more than 20 years I support individual leaders, leadership teams and organisations such as Microsoft, Deutsche Telekom, E.ON, Roche, Boehringer Ingelheim, Vodafone, InBev, WILO, EnBW, RWE, Deutsche Post etc. throughout transformational processes. I’m using my practical knowledge and experience in business, science and wisdom traditions holistically. As a mentor & coach I’m supporting people – particularly entrepreneurs and business leaders – in their advanced personal & leadership development / self-realisation.It's all about solving perceived problems and developing unlimited potential. Sometimes conventional approaches are sufficient, but often advanced tools are needed. I don't solve your problems and neither do I develop your potential.
