From 2008-2013 I served the World Economic Forum (WEF) as Chief Human Resources Officer and was part of the WEF Think Tank on “New Models of Leadership”. With a team of renown leadership experts from business, academia and civil society I studied the complexities involving leadership, innovation, sustainability and ecosystems.I transferred my experience from the WEF into my own business in 2013 when I founded CircularSociety AG - a business advisory. Over the past 10+ years I have consulted and coached executives and their teams on matters related to strategy, business development and personal growth. My true expertise, however, lies in networking.
