Working on a large amount of different IT projects national as international (Europe, Middle East, Ukraine etc.), with responsibility for configuration, implementation and training of Resource Management Systems (RMS) to fit customer’s requirements, as well as overall business solution, in complex organisations as Airports, TV/Broadcast, Rescue/Emergency and Industry business.Furthermore, I have been closely involved within the process of changing PDC StaffPlan (Employee Roster planning) application from a single solution application operated in Scandinavia, to PDC RMS, which today covers six different solutions, operated around the world, in eight different languagesSpecial ability:Got a unique ability to understand and build bridges between the customer and IT supplier and communicate very complex issues clearly.

Responsibility for implementation and maintenance of all IT systems (Network, Telephone, Alarm systems, Computer and Servers, POS etc.), in all of Dansk Supermarked retail stores in Denmark.

Responsibility for selection and implementation of a new common Resource Planning system for 30.0000 employees, covering all type of sizes (3-200 employees) in all of Coop’s retail stores (+1000).

Single responsibility for maintenance and upgrade of a large amount and variety of IT systems in Coop´s 12 largest warehouses in Denmark. Special actions:Introduced and implemented a new local IT-admin superuser concept, where a couple of local employees from each warehouse was introduces and trained with a basic knowledge about network, server setup etc., in order for those employees to be able to fix local warehouse IT problems through my remote supervision and hence shorten the breakdown time.
